对两副同类而使用寿命悬殊,分别为进口和国产的压铸模进行失效剖析对比,结果表明:两模虽材质均优,但进口压铸模因热处理工艺优良、合理,获得高的使用寿命;相反国产压铸模由于热处理不当导致过早失效。
The results show that although the two molds are excellent in material quality, the imported die-casting molds have a good and reasonable heat treatment process and obtain a high service life. On the contrary Domestic die-casting mold due to improper heat treatment lead to premature failure.
