与2004年青岛市国内生产总值创纪录的2163.8亿元相比,今年上半年,青岛市已实现生产总值(GDP)达1198.47亿元,增长17%。上半年经济之所以呈现新的发展特征,突出的在于经济发展的支撑力量更加稳固和经济增长内在驱动力增强。但经济运行分析也表明,新成就的背后,客观存在着一些不容忽视的新情况和新问题,如工业运行环境偏紧、外经外贸面临严峻形势、投资项目规模偏小和部分重大项目进展不快。
Compared with a record high of 216.38 billion yuan in 2004 in Qingdao’s GDP, in the first half of this year, Qingdao has achieved gross domestic product (GDP) of 119.847 billion yuan, up 17%. In the first half of the year, the reason for the emergence of a new economic development characteristics, the highlight is that the economic support for the development of a more stable and inherent driving force for economic growth increased. However, the economic operation analysis also shows that behind the new achievements, there are objectively some new and important issues that can not be ignored objectively. For instance, the industrial operation environment is too tight, the foreign trade and economic relations are facing a severe situation, the investment projects are small in scale and the progress of some major projects is not satisfactory .
