传统上讲,我们的大学英语教学一直以来都是在强调对英语听、说、读、写、译等基本技能的重复训练。而语言本体论促使语言教学转向强调人的主观能动性,学生文化意识和能力的培养也成为大学英语教学的重任。借大学英语的教学提高学生的文化素养,学到活的语言,使其具备跨文化交流意识和能力,成为高素质、国际化视野的复合型人才。
Traditionally, our college English teaching has always emphasized repetitive training of basic skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating English. However, language ontology urges language teaching to emphasize people’s subjective initiative. The cultivation of students’ cultural awareness and ability has also become the important task of college English teaching. By improving college students’ cultural accomplishment and learning living languages, college English can help them to have the awareness and ability of intercultural communication and become a compound talent of high quality and international perspective.
