我国城镇新建住宅的房间其开间一般为3.3~3.5米,面积不超过15平方米,建筑以框架和砖混结构为主,限制了空间的灵活分隔。由于住宅面积较小,分隔方式单一,导致家具只能周边式布置,把中央部分空出,供人们活动。在今后一段时间内,这种“宁可小一些,但要舒适一些”的方针将继续起作用。那么,如何通过室内设计来创造一个舒适的生活环境?本文想根据自己的设计体会,就这一问题作一些探讨(见附图)。
The rooms of newly-built houses in urban areas in China are generally 3.3 to 3.5 meters in size, with an area of no more than 15 square meters. The building is mainly composed of frames and brick-concrete structures, which limits the flexible separation of space. Due to the small size of the residence and the single separation method, the furniture can only be arranged in a peripheral manner, leaving the central part free for people to move. In the coming period of time, this “preferably smaller, but more comfortable” approach will continue to work. So, how to create a comfortable living environment through interior design? This article wants to make a discussion on this issue based on your own design experience (see attached figure).
