本文通过介绍近 1年来我院收治的 1 1例急性心肌梗塞后并发心脏骤停病人复苏抢救方法及治疗中取得的经验 ,探讨了心电监护、快速早期除颤、除颤药物及给药途径、胸外无创起搏等关键环节的合理正确应用及对提高复苏抢救成功率的作用。
This article describes the past 1 years admitted to our hospital in 11 cases of acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiac arrest patients resuscitation and treatment of the experience gained in the treatment of ECG monitoring, rapid early defibrillation, defibrillation drugs and routes of administration , Chest noninvasive pacing and other key aspects of the rational and correct application and to improve the success rate of resuscitation and rescue.
