近日,重庆市首个非公有制经济人才培训基地在黔江区正式挂牌成立。基地由重庆市委组织部、统战部、人社局、工商联等联合设立,旨在培养优秀非公经济人才群体和优秀企业家精英人才队伍,最大限度地发挥非公有制经济在推动区域发展与扶贫攻坚中的支撑作用。该基地经过一年建设,已培训非公有制经济人才400余人。今年,将举办渝东南总裁培训班、基层商会(会长)培训班、创业培训班等,培训重庆市非公有制经济人才1200余人。
Recently, Chongqing’s first non-public economic personnel training base was formally established in Qianjiang District. The base is jointly set up by the Organization Department of Chongqing Municipality, the United Front Work Department, the Human Resources and Social Council Bureau, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, etc. The aim is to cultivate outstanding non-public economic talent groups and elite talents of outstanding entrepreneurs and maximize non-public ownership economy in promoting regional development and poverty alleviation Tackling in the support role. After a year of construction, the base has trained over 400 non-public-owned economic personnel. This year, we will hold the training courses for presidents in southeast Chongqing, the training courses for grass-roots chamber of commerce (president), and the entrepreneurship training courses to train over 1200 non-public-owned economic personnel in Chongqing.
