牙隐裂,又称微裂,不全牙裂,是指牙冠表面不易发现的细小裂纹。隐裂的深浅不同,产生的临床症状亦不同,局限于牙本质的单纯隐裂,由于临床症状类似牙本质过敏,常易造成误诊。而涉及牙髓的隐裂,亦因诊断不明不敢轻易开髓治疗,以致发展成尖周炎或造成牙齿劈裂。所以,牙隐裂是一种较难诊断的牙体疾患。现将我们在门诊中近年来资料较完整的隐裂牙40例(41个牙)进行初步探讨。
