“技术功能失常”研究是技术功能理论研究的扩展和深入,明确技术功能失常概念是技术功能失常研究的一个重点,又是技术功能失常伦理责任和法律责任认定的依据。针对目前工程和技术实践中技术功能失常相关概念的多元性和模糊性,要想建立一个统一和较完善的技术功能失常的概念框架,必须明确工程实践中技术功能失常的特征和边界,并且要符合界定技术功能失常概念的精确性、完整性、灵活性、明晰性标准。
“Technical dysfunction ” Research is the expansion and deepening of theoretical research on technical function. It is a key point to study the technical dysfunction that the concept of technical dysfunction is clear. It is also the basis of ethical responsibility and legal responsibility of technical dysfunction. In order to establish a unified and perfect conceptual framework of technical dysfunction, we must clarify the characteristics and boundaries of technical dysfunction in engineering practice in view of the diversity and fuzziness of the related concepts of technical dysfunction in current engineering and technical practice.
