随着教育体制改革的深入发展,根据学校教学和科研的需要,作为学校教育三大支柱之一的图书馆,理所当然地应该跟上形势,在开拓性的服务工作中,不断发展、提高和完善。我校在全面而认真地考虑自己的馆藏基础,藏书利用情况和服务能力以后,决定在图书馆原有工作的基础上,有所发展,有所提高,有所创新,不断开辟新的服务领域和新的教学科研阵地,开展多层次服务,其中之一,就是建立样本书库—教师研究生阅览室。
