中国通信学会电话交换技术委员会话机终端专业小组和电话传输专业小组学术交流会于1982年9月13日至19日在洛阳市召开.参加会议的有来自邮电部、铁道部、电子工业部和公安部等39个单位的近80名代表.洛阳市委副书记王维藩同志出席了会议并讲了话.电话交换技术委员会副主任舟人同志汇报了委员会的工作.会议上交流和讨论的主要内容有:1.关于话机技术、话机测量技术以及电话传输技术等方面的学术论文交流;2.关于国际电报电话咨询委员会(CCITT)第12组研究工作的专题讨论;3.关于国家标准的话机最佳频响研究方案的专
China Institute of Communications Telephone Exchange Technology Committee telephone terminal professional group and telephone transmission professional group academic exchange was held in Luoyang from September 13 to 19, 1982. Participants from the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Electronics Industry and the public security Ministries and other units of nearly 80.
