国营淮海机械厂1989年全年无重大事故,实现了全年安全生产管理的奋斗目标。该厂在安全生产管理工作中始终把安全生产工作摆在首位,抓安全生产责任制落实。坚持严格监察、定期考核,做到安全生产从严管理,层层把关。 1989年共查出事故隐患140项,整改126项。特殊工种作业培训率100％,实现安技措施项目4项;全厂522个生产班组设有安全员。对“防火防爆三级危险点”安全检查责任人进行了调整.重新制定三级危险检查
