目前,休克的发病机理仍是医学上远未觖决的重要课题之一。动物肠系膜血管闭塞性体克模型,与临床上各种原因所致的绞窄性肠梗阻和肠系膜上动脉栓塞等疾病所致的休克极为相似。关于该模型休克的发病机理见解不一。我们曾用家兔做肠系膜上动脉闭塞性休克模型,观察血压、腹腔温度、眼球结膜微循环和部分血液流变学变化等指标,阐述微循环灌流不足的可能机理
At present, the pathogenesis of shock remains one of the most important topics in medical science. The animal mesenteric vascular occlusive body model is very similar to the shock caused by strangulated intestinal obstruction and superior mesenteric artery embolism caused by various clinical causes. There are different opinions about the pathogenesis of this model of shock. We used rabbits as an occlusive shock model of superior mesenteric artery to observe blood pressure, abdominal temperature, conjunctival microcirculation and some hemorheological changes, and to elucidate the possible mechanism of microcirculation perfusion.
