1992年3月财政部、人事部制定会计专业技术资格考试制度,通过实行全国统一考试来确认会计专业技术任职资格。20年来,会计资格考试无论在内容上,还是在形式上都不断创新与时俱进,从而形成了从初级到高级资格的统一考试、梯级考证的考试制度。正是因为会计资格考试不断创新的考试模式、与时俱进的考试制度、公平公正的考试环境,选拔出了一批符合时代要求,具有诚信、创新、法制、责任、服务、奉献精神的会计从业人员。
