目的 :观察尿毒康对肾脏形态学的影响 ;方法 :采用切除 5 / 6肾脏的方法制备慢性肾功能衰竭型大鼠 ,分别给予中药尿毒康和包醛氧淀粉进行实验治疗 ;结果 :尿毒康能减轻剩余肾小球的代偿性肥大与基底膜增厚 ;结论 :尿毒康对慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠的肾脏形态学的变化有改善作用 ,尿毒康的疗效比包醛氧淀粉更强
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Ureukang on kidney morphology. Methods: Rats with chronic renal failure were prepared by resection of 5 / 6 kidneys. The rats were treated with uremicol and aldehyde-oxygen starch, respectively; Reduce the compensatory hypertrophy of the remaining glomeruli and the thickening of the basement membrane; Conclusion: Ureukang can improve the renal morphological changes in rats with chronic renal failure. Urotoxicum is more effective than aldehyde-oxygen starch.
