一受上海和北京西城区青语会的启发,早在去年六月,南京市中语会就开始酝酿筹建青语会.九月份,经市中语会理事会讨论决定,由我带头,负责青语会的具体组建事宜。经多方努力,市青语会于去年十一月正式成立。半年来的实践表明,成立青语会是十分必要的:第一,就语文教师队伍的年龄结构而言相当一部分学校出现“断层”现象。以我所在的金陵中学为例:语文组共20位
