交替电可以说是比较少见的异常心电图,以P 波、QRS 波、ST 段及T 波单一或成组出现。特别是ST—T 的交替电,虽然在动物实验中屡见不鲜,但临床上乃极为罕见。变异型心绞痛发作时的ST—T 交替,在日本尚未有报道,在各国所见到的也不过是Williams 等和Kleinteld 等的2篇文献。其临床意义及机理,目前尚不清楚。作者最近经验了发作时呈现上升的ST 段及T 波交替电现象改变的变异型心绞痛2例。
Alternating electricity can be said to be relatively rare abnormal ECG, P wave, QRS wave, ST segment and T wave appear in single or in groups. In particular, alternating current ST-T, although not uncommon in animal experiments, but clinically very rare. ST-T alternation during the onset of variant angina has not been reported in Japan and is seen in various countries as two articles by Williams et al. And Kleinteld et al. Its clinical significance and mechanism, it is not clear. The authors recently experienced 2 episodes of variant angina pectoris that had an altered ST-segment and T-wave alternation pattern at onset.
