目的:观察由没食子酸、厚朴酚及白芨多糖三者配伍制成的复方中药制剂对动物根尖周炎的疗效,并对其细胞毒性进行测定。方法:建立根尖周炎动物模型,应用复方中药制剂进行根管消毒后,行常规根管充填,观察根尖周组织的修复状况,并应用MTT法检测复方中药制剂对牙周膜细胞的毒性。采用SAS6.12软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:成功建立了犬牙根尖周炎模型,应用复方中药制剂行根管消毒后,犬牙根尖周骨质愈合良好。复方中药制剂与对照组相比,细胞毒性逐渐减小,5周时无显著差异。结论:对感染根管内常见细菌具有较强的抑制作用的复方中药制剂对犬根尖周炎有效,将其作为根管消毒剂具有一定的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine made from the combination of gallic acid, honokiol and albacore polysaccharide on animal’s periapical periodontitis and to determine its cytotoxicity. Methods: The animal models of periapical periodontitis were established. After the root canal was disinfected with compound traditional Chinese medicine, the canal was filled with conventional root canal and the repair of periapical tissue was observed. The toxicity of compound traditional Chinese medicine to periodontal ligament cells was detected by MTT assay . SAS6.12 software package for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The model of canine apical periodontitis was successfully established. After root canal disinfection with compound traditional Chinese medicine, the periapical bone of canine root healed well. Compared with the control group, the cytotoxicity of compound Chinese medicine preparation decreased gradually, but no significant difference was found at 5 weeks. CONCLUSION: The compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation that has a strong inhibitory effect on the common bacteria in the infected root canal is effective to the dog’s apical periodontitis. It has certain application prospect as a root canal disinfectant.
