在车床加工中经常碰到加工一些非规则零件,如扇形或方形零件等,一般是采用四爪卡盘或花盘压板加工,这样就需要较多的拆装调整辅助时间。现介绍一种利用三爪卡盘加工非规则零件的方法,既可减少辅助时间,提高工作效率;又可在缺少车床附件的情况下加工此类零件。如图1所示,要车制一方形或扇形零件,装卡时利用兰爪卡盘中平面螺纹旋转一周进10毫米的原理,先计算零件的偏心距,图1所示的零件偏心距
