本文报道耳贴治疗遗尿症3例均获显效。现将典型1例报告如下。患儿,曹××,女,13岁,小学生。患遗尿9年,每夜发生,有时一夜遗尿2次。曾服中西药无效,来诊。经双侧耳贴治疗,选用肾穴、膀胱穴、丘脑穴和神门穴。其中丘脑穴位于三角窝内下方和对耳屏隆起处。用咽喉丸置于小块棱形胶布上贴压上述穴位,每5天更换1次,并嘱患儿每天按压4次,每次按压各穴40次。于第1贴第2日夜间起,未再发生遗尿现象,患儿能自己醒来起床排尿,继续耳贴3次,随访3个月未见复发。
This article reports ear paste treatment of enuresis in 3 cases were markedly effective. Now a typical report is as follows. Children, Cao × ×, female, 13 years old, primary school children. Patients suffering from enuresis for 9 years, nightly, and sometimes overnight enuresis 2 times. Had served Chinese and Western medicine invalid, visit. After bilateral ear patch treatment, the choice of kidney points, bladder points, and the Shen-point cave points. Including the hypothalamus acupuncture points below the triangle and the bulging of the tragus. Throat pills placed in a small piece of prismatic tape paste the acupuncture points, every 5 days to replace 1, and urge children to press 4 times a day, each pressing each hole 40 times. On the second day after the first patch posted, there was no recurrence of enuresis. The children wake up waking up and urinating for 3 times. No recurrence was observed after 3 months of follow-up.
