近期,随着对《云梦秦简》诸史料的深入研究,战国以授田制为形式的诸侯国土地所有制占主导地位的事实,得到了越来越多的史学工作者的首肯。这样,传统的春秋土地私有制确立的观点便明显与战国土地制度的发展状况相悖。我们在全面缜密地考察了当时土地所有制发展线索及有关方面的情况之后,认为有必要对这一关键性的历史重大问题进行实事求是的再讨论。
Recently, with the in-depth study of the historical materials of “Yunmeng Qinjian”, the fact that the land ownership dominated by the vassal state in the Warring States Period in the Warring States Period has gained the approval of more and more historians. In this way, the traditional point of view of the establishment of the private ownership of land in spring and autumn clearly contradicts the development of the land system in the Warring States. After examining in a comprehensive and careful manner the clues about the development of land ownership and other related issues at that time, we considered it necessary to hold a re-discussion on this crucial historical issue in a pragmatic manner.
