我厂低温电站的1~#减温减压器在一次切换操作时,发出投用信号后,虽然减压阀的气动执行机构动作了,但减温减压器却不起作用,无法承担热负荷.解体后发现减压阀阀杆在阀芯与阀芯提升杆连接处断裂,阀芯脱落,从而导致1~#减温减压器无法投用.1.减压阀结构减压阀结构示意见图1,主要由阀体、阀杆衬套、杠杆、气动执行机构等零部件组成.其动作过程是,气动执行机构5根据蒸汽热网用户的用汽量变化而动作,并通过杠杆4将阀杆2提起或放下,从而改变了蒸汽室出口的开度,使阀门出口压力发生变化,并与减压阀出口端的节流孔板共同作用,达到降低压力的目的.
