为进一步研究土壤因素对烤烟生长和品质的影响。对烤烟生育期内不同土壤类型的酶活性和微生物数量进行了测定,分析了土壤酶活性及微生物数量的相关性以及二者与烤烟理化指标的相关性。结果表明:紫色土微生物含量丰富,其土壤酶活性变化规律利于形成良好的烟叶品质;水稻土植烟成熟期内脲酶等活性较高,不利于烤烟脱氮;红壤微生物数量较少,除过氧化氢酶外其他酶活性较低,可能造成养分利用率较低,不利于烤烟生长发育。
To further study the impact of soil factors on the growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The enzyme activities and the number of microbes in different soil types during the growth period of flue-cured tobacco were determined. The correlations between soil enzyme activities and the number of microbes and their correlations with the physical and chemical indexes of flue-cured tobacco were also analyzed. The results showed that: the purple soil microbial content, soil enzyme activity changes conducive to the formation of a good quality tobacco leaf; paddy soil maturing urease activity is higher, is not conducive to nitrogen removal of flue-cured tobacco; red soil microbial quantity is less, in addition to peroxidation Hydrogenase enzyme activity other than the lower, may result in lower nutrient utilization, is not conducive to the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.
