建筑安装工程预留预埋阶段施工技术思考

作为重要的建筑工程组成部分,预留与预埋阶段施工工作的好坏直接关乎到整个工程质量。为有效创造优越工程,必须做好质量的管理。漏留孔洞、孔洞留取位置不佳是预留与预埋阶段安装工程时常出现的品质不良问题。甚至出现安装装备、管线时墙体被破坏的现象,这不仅对建筑质量造成威胁,也影响到建筑的美观。为此,必须加强预留、预埋阶段施工的品质管控,确保建筑质量。本文主要对预留预埋施工阶段的技术措施作了简要探讨,并就施工程序谈了自己的观点。 As an important part of the construction project, the quality of construction work is directly related to the quality of the whole project. In order to effectively create superior projects, we must do a good job of quality management. Leak holes, poor retention holes is reserved and embedded phase of installation often appear poor quality problems. Even the installation of equipment, pipes, walls were destroyed, which not only pose a threat to the quality of the building, but also affect the appearance of the building. To this end, we must strengthen the reservation, quality control embedded construction phase, to ensure the quality of construction. This article mainly discusses the technical measures of reserving the embedded construction stage and talks about the construction procedure.
