有些优良的水土保持树种繁殖较难,无性繁殖扦插不易生根,成活率很低;有性繁殖,有的育苗技术复杂,群众不易掌握;有的结籽少,或者周期长,影响了这些树种在治理水土流失中的应用。为了解决这一问题,我们进行了沙培、土培育苗试验。试验证明,沙培育苗方法简单,成活率高,成本低,值得推广。 1.供试树种:毛白杨、桧柏、洒金柏、龙柏、无花果、石楠。 2.试验材料:(1)高锰酸钾溶液,浓度0.3%。(2)营养液。其配方是:尿素,浓度1%;磷酸二氢钾,浓度0.2%;硫酸锌,浓度200ppm;钼酸铵,浓度5ppm;硼酸,
