改革开放以来,我国旅游业持续健康快速发展,已成为国民经济新的增长点,而且实现了由亚洲旅游资源大国向亚洲旅游大国的历史性跨越。另据了解,中国已有2O多个省提出了“旅游强省,旅游建省”的发展战略,把旅游作为优先发展的行业。旅游业是一个人才密集型的产业,因此,它对专业人才的吸纳能力十分充足。伴随着旅游产业和旅游教育的发展。高校旅游专业素质教育存在一定的问题,为了提高旅游专业素质教育,需要进行一系列的课程改革。
