本文在分析建设海南国际旅游岛所需要的跨专业人才的基础上,具体论述了当前高校英语教师跨文化英语教学中存在的问题以及如何实施教师跨文化能力培训指导和提高教师的综合教学能力。以建构主义学习理论为指导,探讨如何培养和提高学生的跨文化交际能力以满足海南国际旅游岛建设所需的高层次人才要求。
Based on the analysis of the interdisciplinary talent needed for the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island, this paper discusses in detail the existing problems in English teaching of intercultural English at colleges and universities and how to carry out the training and guidance of teachers ’intercultural competence and enhance the teachers’ comprehensive teaching ability. Guided by constructivist learning theory, this paper discusses how to cultivate and improve students’ intercultural communicative competence so as to meet the requirements of high level talents required for the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island.
