对机车现用 138T50 1、138T50 2风笛进行了测试 ,测试结果显示侧后方声级值较大 ,分析了产生该现象的原因 .按照声号筒设计原理 ,研究设计了JQF型低噪声局部隔声罩风笛装置 .JQF型低噪声局部隔声罩风笛装置的声学性能全面超过了现用风笛 .在不降低前方声级的条件下 ,大幅度地降低了侧后方的声级值 .从而可使由于机车鸣笛造成的环境污染下降到限值以内 .
