目的:探讨Graves病人治疗前后外周血中Tc细胞的变化,尤其是细胞毒性T细胞(Tc细胞)在淋巴细胞亚群中的异质性,探讨其对Graves病人的诊断和治疗的价值。方法:利用流式细胞仪测定不同年龄段35例对照组和58例Graves病患者的外周血中Tc细胞水平,检测对照组与Graves病患者的外周血中FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH、TGA、TPO的含量。结果:Graves病患者治疗前Tc1、Tc2、FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH、TGA、TRAB、TPO与对照组相比有显著性差异;经甲巯咪唑治疗后患者的Tc2、Tc1/Tc2、FT3、TSH、TGA、TPO与对照组相比有显著性差异;经碘治疗后患者的Tc2、Tc1/Tc2、FT3、TSH、TGA、TRAB、TPO与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论:Tc1、Tc2、c1/Tc2、FT3、FT4、T3、T4、TSH、TGA、TPO是研究与认识Graves病的发病机理的重要线索,在对Graves病患者的观察疗效、指导治疗以及预防复发具有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of Tc cells in peripheral blood of patients with Graves before and after treatment, especially the heterogeneity of Tc cells in lymphocyte subsets and to evaluate the value of Tc cells in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Graves. Methods: The levels of Tc in peripheral blood of 35 controls and 58 patients with Graves’ disease at different ages were determined by flow cytometry. The levels of FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH, TGA, TPO content. Results: The levels of Tc2, Tc2, FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH, TGA, TRAB and TPO in patients with Graves’ disease before treatment were significantly different from those in the control group. After treatment with methimazole, the Tc2, Tc1 / Tc2, The levels of Tc2, Tc1 / Tc2, FT3, TSH, TGA, TRAB and TPO were significantly different from those of the control group after treatment with iodine. Conclusion: Tc1, Tc2, c1 / Tc2, FT3, FT4, T3, T4, TSH, TGA and TPO are important clues to study and understand the pathogenesis of Graves’ disease. Has important clinical significance.
