目的 :观察兔脑垂体注射液的急性毒性与长期毒性。方法 :小鼠尾静脉注射给予兔脑垂体注射液 1次后观察其急性毒性 ;大鼠以兔脑垂体注射液 0 .5ml·kg-1,0 .2 5ml·kg-1,0 .1ml·kg-13种剂量 ,每日 1次 ,连续 3个月对大鼠腹腔注射给药以及停药后 2周 ,与对照组比较 ,考察大鼠的一般状态、生长发育、造血功能、肝脏功能、肾脏功能和重要器官重量系数等的影响。结果 :急性毒性实验表明 :小鼠未出现异常反应 ,其最大耐受量为 2 4ml·kg-1,相当于临床人用剂量的 30 0倍。长期毒性实验表明 :未见动物出现外观、体重增长和血象、肝肾功能及所考察脏器组织的毒性作用。结论 :兔脑垂体注射液的毒性较低。
Objective: To observe the acute toxicity and long-term toxicity of pituitary injection in rabbits. Methods: The mice were injected with caudal vein injection of rabbit pituitary injection once to observe their acute toxicity. Rats were injected intraperitoneally with 0.5 ml · kg -1, 2.5 ml · kg -1, kg-13 doses once a day for 3 consecutive months in rats intraperitoneal injection and 2 weeks after drug withdrawal, compared with the control group, to investigate the general status of rats, growth and development, hematopoietic function, liver function, Kidney function and vital organ weight factors. Results: Acute toxicity test showed that there was no abnormal reaction in mice. The maximum tolerated dose was 24ml · kg-1, equivalent to 30 times of the clinical dosage. Long-term toxicity experiments showed that: no appearance of animals appeared, weight gain and blood, liver and kidney function and the toxicity of the organ tissue examined. Conclusion: The rabbit pituitary injection is less toxic.
