大连港埠集团公司是由国家交通部、省、市、局共同投资建设的大连市唯一的地方港口市属企业,隶属大连市交通局。主要担负着国内外各类货物和集装箱装卸、中转、仓储、海上近洋国际运输、港口客运滚装等业务。几年来,我们在国家交通部、省交通厅、市交通局等各级领导的关怀帮助及兄弟单位的大力支持下,适应社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求,从企业实际出发,转换机制,狠抓管理,苦练内功,不断深化内部各项配套改革,自觉与现代企业制度接轨,使企业在困境中不断发展壮大,整体素质和市场竞争力明显增强,经济效益得到了大幅度提高。1995年,公司的各项经济技术指标均创本港历史最好水平,与1993年相比,固定资产增加了160.2％;港口营业年收入为建港以来六年的总和,利润增加了二倍,职工收入翻了一番半。今年上半年,各项指标比去年同期又有新的增长和提高。公司先后被评为大连市“1994—1995年度先进单位”、“规范服务竞赛活动优秀组织单位”市“安全、设备、现场管理督查表扬单位”,市精神文明单位,市“重合同、守信用单位”等称号。1996年1月,经大连市政府批准,我公司正式改制为大连港埠集团公司,在省交通运输企业中率先开始了现代企业制度试点的实施操作。我们的主要做法是:

In 1995, all the economic and technical indicators of the company hit the best level in Hong Kong history. Compared with 1993, the fixed assets increased by 160.2%. The annual operating income of the port was the sum of the six years since the establishment of Hong Kong Port and the profit doubled. Employee revenue doubled. The company has been rated as “1994-1995 Advanced Unit” in Dalian, “Outstanding Organizing Unit for Regulating Service Competition Activities”, “City Praise Unit for Safety, Equipment and Site Management” and “City Spiritual Civilization Unit” Credit Unit "and so on.
