茶叶的合理采摘法,从总的概念讲,就是分批多次留叶按标准采的方法,其中包括有采摘时间的安排,也有对茶叶品质的要求,既注意了当前的利益,又兼顾长远的目标。采摘必须分批多次,才能夺得更多的产量和提高茶叶的品质;每批必须留叶,才能维护茶树的健康生长并延长茶树的丰产年限。然而在生产实践中怎样做到合理采摘,使茶树不断地朝高产、稳产和优质的方向发展,以及逐步实现采摘机械化,并不是轻而易举的事,这是值得时刻注意并进行深入研究的问题。
