从干预细胞氧化应激的角度,采用比色法、荧光检测及免疫分析的方法,考察不同浓度的矢车菊-3-葡萄糖苷对环氧丙酰胺引起的人类乳癌细胞MDA-MB-231毒性的影响。试验结果表明,与环氧丙酰胺单独处理的细胞相比,矢车菊-3-葡萄糖苷预处理后能明显提高细胞存活率,显著降低细胞内活性氧和丙二醛的生成量,而且抑制细胞内还原型谷胱甘肽含量的下降,提高γ-GCS蛋白表达量。矢车菊-3-葡萄糖苷能够保护MDA-MB-231细胞免受环氧丙酰胺引起的氧化应激。
