目的通过测定TIA患者发展为急性脑梗死的外周血清白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-8(IL-8)和干扰素(INF-α),探讨细胞因子在脑梗死发病机制中的作用。方法用ELISA法对52例TIA患者发展为急性脑梗死患者的IL-1、IL-8和INF-α水平进行测定。结果TIA患者发展为急性脑梗死时IL-1、IL-8和INF-α均有显著变化,3个因子水平都明显提高。结论IL-1、IL-8和INF-α参与了脑梗死的病理过程,在脑梗死的发病机制中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction (TIA) by measuring the levels of serum interleukin-1 (IL-1), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interferon (IFN- . Methods The levels of IL-1, IL-8 and INF-α in 52 TIA patients who developed acute cerebral infarction were determined by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-1, IL-8 and INF-α in patients with TIA were significantly changed after acute cerebral infarction, and the levels of three factors were significantly increased. Conclusion IL-1, IL-8 and INF-α are involved in the pathological process of cerebral infarction and play an important role in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction.
