文章采用特制乳化沥青对温拌沥青混合料(WMA)进行了配合比设计和路用性能(水稳性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性)测试,并将其与相同类型的热拌沥青混合料(HMA)的路用性能进行了对比,结果表明WMA和HMA的路用性能基本相同且能满足热拌沥青混合料的规范要求。由于WMA拌和及压实时所需的温度比HMA低30℃以上,既保护了环境又节约了能源。因而,代表了沥青混合料工业未来发展的方向。
In this paper, the mix design and road performance (water stability, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance) of WMA were tested with special emulsified asphalt and mixed with the same type of hot mix asphalt The road performance of HMA is compared. The results show that the road performance of WMA and HMA are basically the same and can meet the requirements of hot mix asphalt. As the temperature required for mixing and compaction of WMA is 30 ℃ lower than that of HMA, it not only protects the environment but also saves energy. Therefore, it represents the future direction of asphalt mixture industry.
