生活在环境污染日益严重的今天,脸部肌肤会经常接触到各种不同的污染物质,并会受到紫外线的伤害。随着年龄的增长,肌肤开始老化而出现皱纹、斑点或者微血管扩张,长年累月重复的面部表情,也会在脸上留下岁月的痕迹。脸部肌肉因为表情而承受不同的张力,长期下来,脸部会渐渐失去原来的轮廓。减少皱纹延缓衰老的方法有两种,一种是通过护肤保养品的养护,而另一种是通过简单易学的脸部体操,持之以恒以达到防止细纹及肌肉松驰的现象。
