为了同时防止发电机组水汽系统钢和铜的腐蚀,通常采用加氨调节给水p H值的方式,将p H值严格控制在8.8~9.3,否则将产生腐蚀。因此,连续准确地测量p H值对保证发电机组安全经济运行起着重要作用。然而,在现场实际测量过程中,对于凝结水、给水和蒸汽等高纯水水样,p H值的准确测量受多种因素影响,使测量存在着较大误差。因此,找到一种准确的p H值测量方法,提高p H值测量的准确性是一项很有意义的工作。本文从p H值测量的原理着手,分析了影响p H值测量准确度的一些因素,并提出了相应的解决方法。
In order to prevent corrosion of steel and copper in the water vapor system of generating units at the same time, p H value of water supply is usually adjusted by adding ammonia to keep the p H value at 8.8-9.3, otherwise corrosion will occur. Therefore, continuous and accurate measurement of p H value plays an important role in ensuring the safe and economical operation of generating sets. However, during the actual field measurement, accurate measurement of p H value for water samples of high purity water such as condensate, feed water and steam is affected by many factors, which leads to large errors in measurement. Therefore, finding an accurate p H value measurement method and improving the accuracy of p H value measurement is a very significant task. Based on the principle of p H measurement, this paper analyzes some factors that affect the accuracy of p H measurement and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
