实验与实训是高职院校教学的重要组成部分。学生的心理跟实验与实训的成败密切相关,影响学生在实验与实训中的心理因素包括内在因素和外在因素。只有充分认识各种影响因素,合理利用各种心理策略,因材施教,才能更好地促进实验与实训教学效果的提高。
Experimental and practical training is an important part of teaching in higher vocational colleges. Students’ psychology is closely related to the success or failure of experiment and practical training. Psychological factors that affect students in experiment and practice include internal factors and external factors. Only by fully understanding the various influencing factors, making rational use of various psychological strategies and teaching students according to their aptitudes, can better promote the improvement of experimental and practical teaching effects.
