8月,经中国证监会批准,广西金融投资集团公开发行40亿元公司债券,期限8年,年利率5%。这是广西非上市公司首次公开发行公司债券,也是广西发债史上单笔规模最大、利率最低的长期纯信用债券,加上之前发行的20亿元广西首只非公开发行公司债券,广西金融投资集团成功发行公司债已累计达到60亿元。
In August, approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission, Guangxi Financial Investment Group issued 4 billion yuan of corporate bonds in public for a term of 8 years with an annual interest rate of 5%. This is the first public offering of corporate bonds by non-listed companies in Guangxi and the single largest long-term pure credit bond with the lowest interest rates in the history of debt issuance in Guangxi. Together with the previous issuance of 2 billion yuan of non-public offering of corporate bonds in Guangxi, Guangxi Financial Investment The Group successfully issued corporate bonds has reached 6 billion yuan.
