在教师培训系统中,课程是开展教师培训活动的载体,是保障教师培训质量的关键。本文通过访谈、实地调研,了解并分析农村幼儿教师在职培训课程中存在的主要问题,如课程内容脱离实际,授课形式单一等等,尝试找出农村地区可供幼儿教师培训利用的人力、文化及环境等课程资源,并探索开发这些资源的有效途径。
In the teacher training system, the curriculum is the carrier of teacher training activities and the key to guaranteeing the quality of teacher training. Through interviews and field research, this paper tries to find out and analyze the main problems existing in the on-the-job training courses for preschool teachers in rural areas, such as the content of the curriculum is out of practice and the form of teaching is limited, so as to find out the manpower, culture and education available for preschool teachers in rural areas Environment and other curriculum resources, and explore effective ways to develop these resources.
