目的:观察和研究新型复方花芪防冻霜外用对治疗轻度冻伤的效果。方法:将家兔耳浸入-25℃酒精浴冷冻槽中10 min,复制兔耳Ⅱ度冻伤模型,观察复方花芪防冻霜外用对Ⅱ度冻伤后的兔耳肿胀率和血小板聚集抑制率的影响。结果:复方花芪防冻霜对兔耳肿胀率和血小板抑制聚集的降低效果最为明显。结论:从动物模型的角度验证了复方花芪防冻霜治疗冻伤有较好的疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and study the effect of the new compound Radix Astragali Frost Frost on the treatment of mild frostbite. Methods: Rabbit ears were immersed in cold bath at -25 ℃ for 10 min, and the second-degree frostbite model of rabbit ear was replicated. The effect of the composite anti-freeze cream on the ear swelling rate and platelet aggregation inhibition rate . Results: The compound Astragalus frost antifreeze on rabbit ear swelling and inhibition of platelet aggregation was the most obvious effect. Conclusion: From the animal model point of view, compound Astragalus Frost Frost has a good curative effect in the treatment of frostbite.
