利用卡特乐１６种人格因素量表，对我国优秀运动员、国家射击队、辽宁省射击队及辽宁省所属１３个市的射击队的运动员进行了测验，经研究得出了“优秀射击运动员预测模式”制定出各级射击队的人格心理选材标准。该模式通过对各级射击队人格因素的比较，找出形成各等级队的心理差距的主要人格因素，为各等级运动队提高心理素质和竞技水平提供理论依据。
Using Cathare’s 16 personality factors scales, we tested the athletes of our country’s elite athletes, the national shooting team, the Liaoning Provincial Shooting Team and the shooting teams in 13 cities of Liaoning Province. The results show that “excellent shooting athletes prediction model ”Develop a shooting team at all levels of personality selection criteria. Through comparing the personality factors of shooting teams at all levels, this model finds out the main personality factors that form the psychological differences of each level team, and provides a theoretical basis for improving the psychological quality and competitive level of the sports teams at all levels.
