学校图书管理员的思想建设和业务素质是图书馆发展的灵魂和支柱。因此,图书管理员首先应该热爱图书馆事业,树立以人为本、读者至上的服务理念,为读者提供动态服务和个性化服务,推动图书馆的整体化、网络化建设。同时,图书管理员还要不断提高自己的思想修养和文化涵养,调整自己的知识结构,使自己成为既专又博的复合型人才,以适应工作的需要。
The ideological construction and professional quality of school librarians are the soul and pillar of library development. Therefore, librarians should first love the library cause, establish a people-oriented, reader-oriented service concept, to provide readers with dynamic services and personalized services, and promote the library’s overall network construction. At the same time, librarians should also constantly improve their ideological and cultural conservation, adjust their knowledge structure, so that they become both specialized and comprehensive talents to meet the needs of work.
