本文以不同能量参数的脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射切除新西兰兔牙龈组织,以手术刀切除作对照,于术后2,7,14,21天取材,观察牙龈伤口愈合过程的组织病理学变化。结果显示:激光组的病理反应随伤口愈合过程由表及里表现出三层结构,即炭化坏死层、炎症渗出层和修复性肉芽组织层。激光组愈合早期坏死层和渗出层较对照组明显,牙龈上皮再生覆盖延迟,肉芽组织形成较慢。高能量激光对牙龈组织的损伤作用较低能量的大。14天后,激光组和对照组的病理反应基本一致,牙龈上皮完全再生,炎症明显减轻,修复性肉芽组织形成。
In this paper, New Zealand rabbits gingival tissues were excised by pulsed Nd: YAG laser with different energy parameters and scalpel resection was used as control. The histopathological changes of gingival wound healing were observed at 2, 7, 14 and 21 days after operation. The results showed that the pathological response of the laser group showed a three-layer structure with the wound healing process, namely carbonized necrotic layer, inflammatory exudation layer and reparative granulation tissue layer. In the laser group, the early necrotic layer and exudation layer were more obvious than the control group, the coverage of gingival epithelium was delayed and the formation of granulation tissue was slow. High-energy laser damage to the gingival tissue less energy big. After 14 days, the pathological responses of the laser group and the control group were basically the same, the gingival epithelium was completely regenerated, the inflammation was relieved, and the reparative granulation tissue was formed.
