北京市地方税务局深入开展优化业务流程精简涉税资料工作,初步实现了规范税收管理、提高管理效能、降低行政风险、减轻纳税人负担的目标。为进一步做好优化征管流程后续工作,门头沟区地方税务局、石景山区地方税务局组织了共计401份纳税人和税务干部的问卷调查,对优化征管流程执行情况进行了分析研究,结果显示:纳税人与税务干部对于优化后的征管流程满意度较高。本文针对调研分析结论,提出了针对性的工作建议。
Beijing Local Taxation Bureau carried out in-depth work on streamlining tax-related information to optimize business processes and initially achieved the goal of standardizing tax administration, improving management efficiency, reducing administrative risks and alleviating the burden on taxpayers. In order to further improve the follow-up of the collection and management process, Mentougou District Local Taxation Bureau and Shijingshan District Local Taxation Bureau organized a questionnaire survey of 401 taxpayers and tax officials to analyze the implementation of the optimization of tax collection and management procedures. The results showed that: People and tax cadres are more satisfied with the optimized collection and management process. In this paper, the conclusions of the research analysis, put forward targeted work recommendations.
