湖南黑麋峰抽水蓄能有限公司成立于2013年6月26日,由国网新源控股有限公司与国网湖南省电力公司按60%和40%的持股比例出资组建,为独立核算法人实体。电站位于湖南省长沙市望城区,紧邻湖胡南电网负荷中心,是湖南第一座抽水蓄能电站,也是国家抽水蓄能帆组国产化实施战略计划安排的重点项目。电站装机4台单机容量300MW可逆式抽水发电机组,总装机容量1200MW,设计年发电量16.06亿kW·h,年抽水耗用电量21.41亿kW.h。电站主要担负湖南及华中电网的调峰、填谷、调频、调相及事故备用等任务。电站枢纽建
Hunan Black Moose Pumped Storage Co., Ltd. was established on June 26, 2013 by the State Grid Xinyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. and State Grid Hunan Provincial Power Company funded by 60% and 40% of the shareholding of the establishment of an independent accounting corporation entity. The power station is located in Wangcheng District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, next to the load center of Hu-Nan Power Grid. It is the first pumped-storage power station in Hunan Province and also a key project for the implementation of the strategic plan for the localization of the national Pumped Storage Sails Units. The installed capacity of the power station is 4 300MW reversible pumping units with a total installed capacity of 1,200MW and a designed annual generating capacity of 1,660,000,000 kW · h and an annual pumping electricity consumption of 2,141,000,000 kWh.
