在实施西部大开发战略的过程中,经济欠发达地区如何实现跨越式发展,是摆在每一位西部人面前的一道难题。通过大开放,引进现代经济结构以实现长期的经济增长应是首选之路。本文仅就乌海市在西部大开发中的对外开放问题作一粗浅的分析。
