收集佛手(Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle)13份、枸橙(C.medica var.yunnanensis Ding)1份及香椽(C.medica L.)6份,共20份种质资源,其中14份成功引种在佛手资源圃。在对其中14份资源生物学特性进行描述的基础上,采用ISSR分子标记技术对20份样品进行遗传多样性分析。筛选出的11条引物共检测到102条DNA条带,其中58条为多态性条带,多态性条带比率为56.9%。各样品之间的遗传相似性系数在0.608~0.990之间。聚类分析结果表明,当遗传系数为0.798时,可将供试材料分为枸橙、香橼和佛手3个类群,新发现的3个芽变材料是佛手中一个新的类群。
Thirteen copies of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingle, one copy of C.medica var. Yunnanensis Ding and six copies of C.medica L. were collected, of which 20 Successfully introduced in the bergamot resources garden. Based on the biological characteristics of 14 resources, ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 20 samples. A total of 102 DNA bands were screened out with 11 primers selected, of which 58 were polymorphic and 56.9% bands were polymorphic. The genetic similarity coefficient between the samples ranged from 0.608 to 0.990. The results of cluster analysis showed that when the genetic coefficient was 0.798, the test materials could be divided into three groups: citrus orange, citron and bergamot. The three newly discovered budding materials were a new group of bergamot.
