概况:二○○二年第三季度,我省劳动力市场供求总量为534133人,比去年同期增长42.8%。其中:用人单位进场招聘各类人员273019人,比去年同期增加133621人,增幅为48.9%;进入劳动力市场登记求职的各类人员达到261114人,比去年同期增加94734人,增幅为36.3%,求人倍率为1.05。三季度我省劳动力市场供求状况呈现以下特征:1、总体状况进入劳动力市场登记的供求总量继续保持上升趋势,比二季度供求总量增长5.78%,淡季不淡。我省各设区的劳动力市场建设已见成效,发挥积极作用。进入劳动力市场已成为用人单位招人,各类人员求职的选择,进市场的观念已深入人心。劳动力供求第一次出现求大于供,泉州、莆田两地市的求人倍率分别为2.66及1.86,如何引导劳动力的有序流动已成为重要课题。结构性失业现象依然存在。供求缺口最大的职业是裁剪缝纫工,缺口数达到10695,应加强对用人单位及求职人员进行职业指导,并有针对性地开展职业培训,有效缩小缺口数。提高空
