1月20日0时26分,江西省上饶市广丰区洋口镇昆山村鸿盛花炮厂发生爆燃事故。经有关方面全力救援,成功搜救出企业生活区内被困的26名人员。截至1月28日上午,事故共造成3人死亡,2人重伤(生命体征平稳),13人轻伤,38人皮外伤,12人仍在住院治疗或留院观察。一、及时响应事故发生后,江西省委书记强卫、省长鹿心社第一时间作出批示,并跟踪调度现场救援进展情况。上饶市立即启动烟花爆竹专项应急预案,广丰区启动总体应急预案。
