现今随着信息数量爆炸式地增长,不仅媒体的形式多样化,而且消费者获得信息的方式也多种多样。搜索引擎成为信息获取的主流工具,因此消费者有多种机会获得多种多样的数据。过去这些信息掌握在营销人员手里,营销人员主要负责所有信息的分布和分配,而如今却发生巨大的变化,所有信息随时可得,消费者和客户可以通过渠道控制,获取各种各样的信息。
With the explosive growth in the amount of information today, there are not only diverse forms of media but also a wide range of ways in which consumers receive information. Search engines have become mainstream tools for information access, giving consumers multiple opportunities to access a wide variety of data. In the past, this information was held in the hands of marketers, who were primarily responsible for the distribution and distribution of all the information that changed dramatically.
